Mystery Island Resources

Since the febreeze options are gone what's the fastest way to get resource now? Now I'm really stuck help please.

Removing Fabreeze option has made the mystery island quest impossible. Even with fabreeze, finding Gold, Magnum Embers and Wind was very rare. It seems very strange to me that developers have made this element of the game so difficult.

Its just a phone option like 'talk to mom'

i tried the febreze thing, but ever since i updated, i cant spray the bathroom or kitchen or rooms anymore. is there any other way? instead of Febreze, now I have Progressive televison and cars, which dont give me any resourses :(

You guys could try getting 10 Sims together and dancing at the club (1 Sim has to DJ for the others to be able to dance). I've gotten a lot of resources from dancing, especially pickaxes, granites and obsidians. I'm still having a hard time finding the wind resource though.

Has anyone had a resource called ' magnesium'? I'm sure I saw a new one today?

I can't even find the febreez toilette. Was it in a previous update? I looked through the whole catalogue.

Well, I have 15 grown Sims planting beans, garlic, or onions all the time for the decent Simoleons/experience. Pretty much everything gives resource. I don't understand why people are having trouble finding resources

I've been getting loads of resources using this method:
Get 10 sims in a swimming pool and get them to do flip and splash on each other

Gold and wind and magma don't come up that often though so if anyone knows how to get those....?

You should get an empty lot, get the patches to plat on and lot of them gather all your sims and plant bell peppers and if you have the update if you keep planting and clicking it very fast it gives you resources also if you started the upgrade it give you an extra 100 dollars. I've been doing it for a while went from 3,000 to 20,000 before I knew it... Try it it works

I have the mystery island update. I don't know how but I have tonnes of picaxes. I mean it. Almost every action my sims complete I get a picaxe. It says 32/1. I found a gold bar yesterday from washing my hands?!? But I can't find the third item(no idea what it is) I tried making lettuce and baking donuts because they're things the mission has told us to do before but no such luck all I can find is those bloody pic axes!!!

I'm not really sure how, but when I made my sim use the normal toilet,when he needed to, after he finished, I got a recourse! I'm not really sure if it will work for you. But I hoped I helped.

The febreeze cheat isn't working anymore is there anything else that could make it go faster?
