I cheated a little. I used lifestyle points to upgrade my sims town sign to level two and ran out, desperate to build my teen idol mansion I looked online for advice. One user said their sims found a magazine and microphone resource changing soooo, if your really desperate keep changing your teen idol sim into normal clothes and undressing them. I spent 5 hours and wasted my day off lol continuously repeating this, found all off the first two resources, I also found many other items like wind, magma and at least 3 pieces of gold along with untold rocks and bronze, bamboo ect. The second day I did this for another hour and found 2 cameos again. I also admired paintings, the grandfather clock and the elf statue (from the Christmas task) and found another cameo. Or you could just keep playing music for ages.

My teen. Has been skipping school for the past year doing nothing but playing instruments and I'm only up to level one! This is just a waste of time they should at least make it least expensive to use LP to get to the next level!
