Are we able to visit a neighbors upstairs? I am trying to find a mirror but I can't figure our how to get to their upstairs area. Help!!

When you are in the double story house at the bottom level, there is a level sign in white, top right of your screen with a number 1, click on that and you will be taken to the other level.
