task: Movie marathon at neighbors: "Lord of the Sims Trilogy"

I tried having a sim go to a neighbors house and "Watch Movie Maraton" but that didn't seem to work. So I went to every house in my town (with a TV) and each house in the free neighboring town, i looked for "Watch Lord of the Sims Trilogy Marathon" and did not see this anywhere.

What am I missing?

full task:
"one of your Neighbors got the new Lord of the Sims Trilogy!
You should send one of your Sims to have a Movie Marathon at their house."

Is it a special house? Do I have to watch a marathon at each house-with-TV in the hopes of uncovering the right Marathon?

It seems like there are some tasks that cannot be fulfilled (I had similar problem with "sketch in a neighboring town" where I never could find the easle.

I am having the same issue... I even had all my sims in one house to watch a movie marathon and that didn't work.

Any answers to this??

You need to do this at in a different town then yours. Go to a friend's town using the Party Boat.
