You can have a sim cloud watch at night or stargaze in the day. It's pretty easy. First by a Weather Machine from the home store. It will be under electronics. You will also need a telescope from promotions r us. Place down the telescope and weather machine at a sims house. Make a sim stargaze or cloud watch with the telescope. The use the weather machine to change the time of day.
