I am in desperate need of finding the rep group trophies! And another thing i need help with is, HOW DO YOU GET THE STUPID CLUB HOUSE KEYS?!?

To get into the club houses you must get 10 points with a REP group.
And I'm not sure, but I think the rep group trophies are as follows:
Richies= Second floor in the big shopping center
Nerdies= A place at the carneval parking
Streeties= Near the tunnel between where the ghost mostly is
I don't remember the last one...

Anyways, you can pretty much ignore anything on my bio/profile, as it's all extremely outdated. About 3 years to be precise. Same goes for the name, although I'm still enjoying Ratchet & Clank ;)

The artsies trophy is where the to plants are above the place where you leave.
The nerdies is at the tree in the car park at the carnival.
The richies is at the second floor of the mall next to the last thing that says the sims.
The streeties one is the furthest grave from the blocked bit on one of the sides.

To get the keys you've got to pi$$ off the enemy group and get 10 points with your group.

to get the keys u have 2 be 100 wit every sim in the rep group and -1 with the opposite leader i think thats right

artsie:the plants that are right next to each other, defeat the one on the bottom and its in the tree behind it
richie: glasstown megamall, second floor in the computers
streetie:as soon as you come out of the mosuleum you snake through but dont go through the archway its in the black doorway
nerdie:in the tree at the carnival

I can have a complete description for the trophies:
The Artsies trophy is located in the Bayou, From the house, you go right into the next screen, past the fly trap, cross the bridge, go south-west and cross another bridge. You can get it when you see two fly traps and you go past them like so.
The Nerdie Trophy is located in the carnival. Follow the main road into the carnival area and go straight. Go straight onto the footpath and go until you hit the fence. The big tree on your right has the trophy
The Richies Trophy is located in the Mega Mall. Go upstairs and go past the electronics dealer. It is between the computer and the utilities heaters.
The Streeties Trophy is located in the graveyard. When you go back from the Bayou back to the city, you will go past a graveyard before you can leave it. The closest one to the exit back down will be the grave to look for.
To get 10 rep points and the clubhouse keys:
1 - Get 50 Relationship Points with one member
2 - Get 50 Relationship Points with two members
3 - Get 50 Relationship Points with three members
4 - Get 50 Relationship Points with all the members
5 - Get 100 Relationship Points with the leader
6 - Move to a place desirable to the group
7 - Get -5 Relationship with the rival group
8 - Max out the certain skill
9 - Finish the Rep Mission
10 - Give the group trophy to the group leader

whats the desirable place for the streeties?? everyone says brownhouses but when i moved in i got a point for the artsies!! but when i phone darius and he comes in he likes my house :S

Every group has a district that it hates. The other 3 are fine.
Streeties and Nerdies hate the Sim Quarter, Richies hate Urbania, and Artsies hate Glasstown.
The most likely reason you got a rep point for the Artsies was because you moved from Glasstown to Urbania. You didn't get one from the Streeties because they like both places.

floor in the Glasstown Mega mall.
Artsies trophy: After you complete the Bayou missions, the dead tree in the
bottom left corner near the mausoleum entrance will have two man eater plants
guarding it. Defeat them and then go to the tree and there is the trophy.
Streeties trophy: In the second part of the cemetery, check right between one
of the tombstones and a hedge.
Nerdies trophy: Search the tree in the parking lot near the Carnival.
