I'm trying to buy parts for my bike but it won't let me. It gives me the option to, but everytime I press A to accept... nothing. Absolutely nothing happens. I don't get the part. Is this a glitch with my game or am I doing something wrong? I can't move forward until I do this.

The color highlighting scheme they use for this is confusing.
Try pushing A when you think it is highlighting NO instead of YES.
If it goew ka-ching and your money decreases, you have the part.
