how do u get to the island with the dancing things on it??

Get in the Fan-boat, and go south of where the Bayou is. There is a little island that was them. find the one that is dancing, and walk sideways towards it, when it pops up, snag it.

For me the only way it worked was that there was only one you could grab, and the rest were just there.
