when he stops, you have to go near him otherwise he just waits for you and does nothing. As soon as he stops, get close to him, then jump far away, wait for his electric field to go down and then follow.
when you fight him later, if you can't figure out how to hurt him, hit him with a car (circle when near one) he'll turn back into himself without powers, then hit him with a claw attack.

you are not talking of ultimate spider man and i have 4 spider man games i have spider man 1 2 3 and ultimate spider man ultimate spider man is a 2d punch and kick game and the cars in this game can only be destroyed not throne
