i have tried and tried again how do you get this guy?

There has to be a 2nd player, saphire is the only 'human' so the 2nd player should use her.

Don't be an idiot and believe winrar. when they say human they mean another human must be playing. and you don't need 2 people if u have the cheat menu. use whoever you want and go through each game type with 2 player being on the opposite team each time. Then press start. Hold L+R and press WHITE then go to give me a point and keep pressing it until you win. Do this for ever game type, at the end of the last a message will come up saying, "Congratulations, you have met the requirements necessary to use Malcolm in Story mode and Instant Action, so there winrar, you and your stupid thery, hah! use Sapphire...

you need to win against another humen (real perosn doesent matter what character dude) then play evry gave and win the contest and win in every contest there is

Dude, its so simple..... winrar is right, u have to have 2 players in order to get Malcolm..i tryed to get him a million times on single player but it did not work then i asked my brother if he could help me try to get Malcolm...he did... and a message pop up on our screen telling u that u can use malcol in Instant action and story mode...
