Simple, to put titles on the line just select your champion, then scroll right or left and choose a title. For rivakries, just put the same superstars in matches with each other every week.

Go to the free agency screen, press start. then press circle to toggle a superstar on or off. Then after the next match crad the superstar(s) will be added to the roster.
