ok have you bought them from in the locker room. if you did then you probably can't use them with your created person because he is either too heavy or too tall. try making a smaller person.

You don't unlock them, your person needs to be crusierweight or featherweight to use these moves...(Then Power and Old School are blocked off, it all depends on weight...)

6`3 and below should have Martial arts,RVD is 6 feet and knows martial arts!
But my friend had a 6`3 guy doing luchadore,and I told him it didnt make any sense.

Well i say that its already unlocked.I saw in a video review of this game you have to have a certain superstar in a certain weight class for them kinds of moves.
