Snitsky might be on the game since he's in ECW now. Don't be suprised if you don't see Paul Burchill. He got an injury which should have been about 7-8 weeks but is yet to return.

Probably not, they won't be happy he's left the company for TNA... they released him because they didn't want him to kill himself, but he just went and joined another wrestling company.

No, TNA can not sue WWE or THQ if they put Kurt Angle in a playstation game.
It is midway that are making the TNA game which is set to be released next year.
