Don't quote me on this, but I think it might be a Dirty superstar, as I haven't been able to do it with a Hardcore. I would imagine go up to them and press X. (The bottom of the four buttons)

Well Orton on my game is a Hardcore Fighter and A Dirty Fighter.
I get full momentum and walk up to the table but it won't let me light it on fire.

Make sure Hardcore is your first style, as in the one that shows beside your HUD.

So if you're not Hardcore, you can light a table, but not put someone through it? I've only tried it with DX so far, and I couldn't manage. I'll try it with Dreamer tomorrow and see if it works.
