1) Haven't actually tried o_O
2) Like have them in your hand, with a flashing momentum (or possibly your fighting sstyle finisher) and press 'Y' or Triangle.
3) You must have the steps seperated first, and then get your opponent in the ultimate control move 'Powerbomb' walk over to the steps, and just, yeah, slam 'em.

You need to be Powerhouse for the Steel Step Powerbomb.

The ladder spin is called the 'Whirlybird' and it is guaranteed to make you laugh.....
1) Get a hardcore fighter, select a match with DQ off and a match you know a ladder is in (MITB or TLC, Ladder or ECW ER)
2) Grab the ladder normally...press R3 (dunno what that is on xbox, sorry :()
3) You will notice you have placed it on the top of your head, swing it round by moving the right analog stick in any direction (again, sorry about the 360 controls) and have fun!

1: Get a ladder, put it on your head by cliking R3 then take R3 and move it in circle fast, to get it off your head without getting tired and droping it, press X.
2: You can only set Barbed-Wire 2x4's and Tables on fire I think, but to do that its triangle when you have full momentum (don't store it)
3: Never really used a powerhouse fighting style, mostly high-flyer and hardcore.

You can also do the Steel-Step Powerbomb thingy with the UC Piledriver (Since that also can be made into a Powerbomb.)

hmmm,Id do all those things 'cause im usually hardcore in Backyard Wrestling and VG wrestling on SD!: SYM or SVR07 (I traded for MGS2)Back on subject.I could probably do Whirlybird easily since I like hardcore styles.(And that my fav superstar is tommy dreamer)
