This is a late late post,but I say we do this....
We elect 4 people = 1 chairman,3 GM's,and let them have their own brand (This means,one brand) Chairman,gets to pic the main name,etc for the main branch (WWE,etc) and GM's do thier shows (RAW,Smackdown!,etc),this way,its 3 Brands,in one company? Right?
(Example: Corby has a brand HCW: Khaos,Jamie has a brand HCW: Seek and Destroy, and I have a brand HCW: Xtrem3)

What if we had the Chairman, like AOS said, but just have 2 shows, and whoever wants to can do them, without a specific person in charge. If we have volunteers, it should work out better. And if this idea were to happen, I wouldn't mind being CHairman, and making the rosters even, etc.

That won't makle a difference. As long as it isn't for DS or Wii, it should be fine. (I think PSP will be the same as PS2, not entirely sure though...)
