Yep, I literally just half an hour ago walked in my house with a 250gb XBOX 360 + Kinect in arms. I only bought one game to go with it (GTA IV: Complete Edition) and so I have yet to take it out of the box. I need to know some things:

What games are good to get?

I have my own preferences. Games like GTA IV are a definite. Others like Dragonball Raging Blast 2 are also high priority. Resident Evil 5 as well. Puzzle Solving, Strategy, Tower Defense, Action, Action/Adventure. Pretty much like that and RPG's. The games I'm not a fan for are like.. Shooters. Just not something that ever appealed to me.

So now, Help me out? :D

I'm also torn between Red and Green from Super Effective.
People kept asking me for minecraft skins. I now tell them to go to my website to request them.

Bayonetta, Banjo Kazooie Nuts & Bolts, all Assassin's Creed games, Arkham Asylum, Prototype, Ninja Gaiden, Saints Row 2, LA Noire, Alan Wake, Mafia 2, Dante's Inferno, Tomb Raider Anniversary, and Darksiders. There's so many games, really.

I haven't turned my PS3 on in a while. Power outage took me down. Haven't checked if my system is fine. What's Banjo Kazooie's Nuts and Bolts like? I remember playing the original Banjo Kazooie from forever ago. Is it still good?

No idea what it's like, I don't even have a 360 :p. It's probably like the N64 game though.

No, Nuts and Bolts is terrible and a disgrace to the name of Banjo Kazooie...

I'm not too sure about XBoxs exclusives so I can't really help you here...

Here I try to register under my name I use pretty much everywhere when X__x doesn't get allowed, XaPhobia is said to already be in use. How the heck did MY name get taken?! No one else has ever used that name. ;______________________________________________________________;

I've updated my profile to include my Gamertag, X of the Phobia, to get displayed.

Ok if you like Games like GTA i recommend Mafia II and Red Dead Redemption. Mafia is pretty much the GTA of 1940-gangsters and Red Dead is the GTA of cowboys in the old west.

And of course if you like RPGs, Mass Effect 1 & 2.

Like was said before, LA Noire and Arkham Asylum would probably good picks for you. Of course, Oblivion, Mass Effect etc. You might try some thing from the Skate series, too. Those're my favorite games. They've got fun controls.

360 has less (decent) exclusives than the PS3 at this point. If you already have a PS3 or a PC, there's not much of a point in getting a 360 unless you have friends to play with or for the rare XBLA gem like Vigilante 8 Arcade.

What Xeta said, Mass effect 1+2 are amaaazing! Fable I, II, and III are great also. Love those RPGs. ;)

Alt's right, most of the 360/ps3 line up are on both consoles. Just grab Mass Effect and be done with it, unless you're after some games that you don't have on ps3 yet.

There is one 360 exclusive game coming out in late November to early December. Minecraft :D

Although anything sandbox-based is a major plus. So.. heh. Exclusive or not, anything fun that I described.

CASTLE CRASHERS. That game is friggin' amazing, played it one the PS3 once but it's not the same as on the Xbox 360.

EDIT: I think it costs like $10 in Microsoft Points or something along those lines.
