What the heck are you goombas talking about? This IS the right game! And for your question. Look for Chumley at night in the north. you'll have to wait awhile for it to happen.(around, or after you your first spirit). The next Chumley side event is random, but happens at the lake(wait for the event marker[the exclamation point]).
