Well ,Blair appeares outside the Slifer Red dorm during class hours only. (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).Also,she will not appear at the canteen after that,so if you want to be her partner,her disguise should be compromised first.After that,when you talk to her,choose 'Ask to be partners.' You must defeat her in a duel,'kay? Just sayin'.
