My favourite was the Fire Temple. I don't know why, though, maybe just less confusing than the others. And you got to whack a dragon on the head with a hammer...

My favourite? The spirit temple. I dunno why. Maybe the fact that you have to beat it with Y. Link and Adult Link.
Least: Water temple. I just don't like Water temples.

Favorite dark temple, least favorite forest temple, i had to kill phantom ganon with a hookshot cause i ran outa arrows :(

My favorite temple is definitley The Spirit Temple. I hated the water temple because it always takes me too long and i have to usually use a guide even though ive beaten the game tons of times. I do loveeee the dark link part though...best part of the game

i kinda liked the water temple.. my last favorite was the fire temple.. it was a bit too simple for me.. almost as easy as the great deku tree... i can beat both in under 30 minutes..
