How do you take a jannisary outfit to interrogate tarik and get full sync?

They will tell you after the srart of the mission to go to a certain location, where you will see a single jannisary, which you have to kill. The best way to kill him is with a poisen dart from a nearby rooftop, because there are lots of gaurds around. If they come to inspect, use the assasin signal on them after you are sure there are no more gaurds around, pick up the body and dump it in a haystack. The game will load and you will have a jannisary outfit on.
