There may be a few of this question but how do I more money, is there a cheat? Or how do I get more sims while in game without adopting?

Press start when you are in live game then press RT+RB+LT+LB (same time) it will ask you if you want to enable cheats click yes but afterwards achievements and some karma powers that you haven't unlocked will be disabled (can't unlock them) but you'll have infinity money

You can get cheat mode which includes unlimited money, here's how to do it:
You have to buy the Llama from the build/buy menu and place that to enable cheats. Once you have just use that to turn them on but be careful not to save as that will mess things up as you cannot undo the cheats.
You could start a separate game just for playing with the cheat options.
