create a pokemon, draw it and upload the pic (photoshop, paintbrush, real life drawing etc...)
you must include
1. name of pokemon
2. pokemon that inspired you (that's if there was)
3. element and type, eg. water/flying
4. height and weight, eg. 7'5"
5. specs, eg.
hp: -------
defense: ----------
sp. defense:----
Sp. attack:----
etc (each hyphon, or bar is one point)
you get 25 points to put into the pokemon
have fun and good luck!

I don't draw... but to anyone who enter here, I would suggest using Adobe Illustrator CS2.

this is done on paint, and just in like 30 minutes, so be quiet :p
also i spelled it wrong while saving it, it's "trigoyle," not "trygoyla"

the pic has trigoyle's base stats. being a mighty dragon, it has very high stats, on par with blissey, gyarados, etc.
if you aren't familiar with base stats, 80 is about average.
perhaps his high stats are just a function of my bias towards him, but too bad :p
