Someone told me some cheats but I think they break your game can tell me what they do?

Up,B,Select.(I think it freezes my game,but he told me it gets me Dialga and Palkia)

Whoever told you that was lieing. There isn't any cheat like that that gives you Dialga and Palkia.

Only AR(Action Replay) codes can do things like this. This isn't Red/Blue/Yellow. In order touse an AR code, you need an AR.

My second question was do you know how to get Arceus without action replay?

You never asked a second question. I only see one.

But to answer your question anyway, not yet. To get Arceus, you need to go to and event, which hasn't happened yet.

To get shaymin without AR, you also need to go to an event, which have already passed.

Is my ditto the strongest ditto on the site?It knows the following moves.

Hydro Cannon
Frenzy Plant
Fissure

1. Your Ditto is a total hack.

2. It's the weakest thing I've ever seen. Magikarp beats by far.

that ditto sounds weak just because it has good moves doesn't make it good it is a normal type and would get owned
