Yeah i was wondering to get everyone's opinion about suggesting to Rich for him to make a hall of fame on supercheats. I understand it was done before and it failed but this one should be his decision and official, and put in a place where people can see. There are many members that left and had contributed a whole lot to the site and frankly the only way they are going to be remembered is by their friends who were with them on supercheats. New members that join should know about our old friends that made supercheats what it is. Those members that left should not be forgotten but rather acknowledged for what they did.

I think this should be left at GC because not a lot of people go to S&P, i mean we should propose to rich this idea.

When you look at it from my point of view and im sure others will say the same thing, i had friends on this site that contributed so much and other members as well, and i believe that they should be recognized

Well, I think it should be in the hands of the members of the site, not just admins. And qwert is right, we already have the annual awards. Now if we did some better archiving, there's an idea.

I dont know if you were here couple years back, we tried to do it with members but IT JUST DOES NOT WORK!, the admins need to have the say and nobody else.

Well I sorta was, joined in 07. Didn't really post in forums though.
Well I figured it probably get messy, but in truthfulness, members tend to know more about eachother than admins do. Not necessarily it's a good idea though.

I belive its a good idea and admins should pick the hall of famers becuase they would be fair in there judgement where as the members will vote for there friends.

Former Admins and Super Mods should be brought up for their contributions to the site, unless they were banned (like that Super Mod who got bored one day; what was his name again?).
Others should only include highly contributing submitters (not necessarily ones who hav a big number next to their name, rather people who make brilliant submissions i.e. me) and people who had some good ideas that led to major positive changes to the site.
Obviously, the list should be kept small. Adding every Moderator that's ever been would result in a huge list scanning several pages. And if we're going to add submitters with increasing large numbers next to their names, then why don't we just look at the Stats page.
I say this method is the best way to do it. Only the Administrators should decide who goes on it, as I'm sure they keep records and won't forget anyone.
