Eh, it was ONE movie. If he does about two or three more soon, then you'll be right. It'd been over 400 days since Rampage was in the Octagon so he had some rust which allowed Rashad to have the speed advantage and he controlled the whole fight, outside of about 20 seconds in the 3rd round.
Meh.

Even having time out for one movie is enough to disrupt a fighters training rythm and not having a competitive bout in over year doesn't help.

Hey guys, I just been so busy latley, with my house getting trashed and all, my wife being pragnant again and her prom was just a few days ago, and graduation is this saturday, so I been spending a lot of time with my family and work, its most likly I will be taking my leave from SC once again, but I will drop by every now and then.

Anyone watching the Couture vs. Toney match this weekend? I think as soon as Couture gets his hands on Toney and drags him to the floor it's all over. James Toney's only chance is knocking Couture out when Couture comes in close for the takedown.

So anyone been watching UFC lately?I heard former pro wrestling superstar Dave Bautista(known commonly as Batista)is intrested in going ot Strikeforce.Anyone think he'll make it?

I think so, he could be another Brock Lesnar, he's got the size and wrestling skills to do well.

Wrestling and WWE Wrestling are to different things though.I dont see Brock Lesnar doing a F-5 or a Suplex.Mainly because the opponent can easily counter it into their favour.But Batista does have some wrestling skills.He performed the ankle lock for a short while which is a painful move.
