alright I used to think I understood the game but i guess i was wrong I would like to get your intepretation of this whole thing

what part didnt you understand?

It's fairly simple once it all comes together.

I might have some details wrong though, as this is from memory:

- 1000 years ago, Zanarkand vs Bevelle
- Zanarkand has lots of summoners e.g. Yu Yevon and his daughter Yunalesca.
- Yu Yevon gathered the remaining citizens of Zanarkand who were losing the war against Bevelle and made them Fayth (who dreamnt of the old Zanarkand) and created Sin as an armour.
- If a summoner sacrifices one of their close guardians for use as a Fayth, they become an even stronger Aeon known as the Final Aeon which will kill both Sin and the summoner allowing Yu Yevon to manipulate it and use it form the new Sin as armour to protect himself.
- Jecht is a dreamt of the faith, is taken into the real Spira, meets Braska and Auron, becomes Braskas final Aeon, defeats Sin/kills Brasksa and becomes the new Sin after the period of the calming.
- Auron is ******, goes for revenge against Yunalesca who helped them make the final aeon, is killed but doesn't go to the farplane.
- Auron travels into the Fayth's dreams, watches over Tidus as he promised Jecht and eventually Sin (with Jecht's soul) is drawn into the Fayth's world to see his son, and ports both Auron and Tidus into the real Spira.
- Tidus' Quest ensues, lots of other key plot points here, but I want to keep this short
- Yuna rejects the idea of a Final Aeon that all summoners before her chose, kills Yunalesca and along with her friends manages to defeat Sin's external shell and as she's not dead (having no final Aeon to kill her) she travels inside Sin and fights Braska's Final Aeon (i.e. Jecht) who is being manipulated by Yu Yevon as all other Final Aeons were to power the armour/shell of Sin.
- Jecht/Braska's final Aeon is killed
- Yu Yevon comes out to fight, he dies
- Auron goes back to the farplane, at peace.
- Tidus was a dream created by the Fayth, thus now that they are not controlled by Yu Yevon, they can finally stop dreaming and as such Tidus as a creation of their dream, dissapears (he only reappears in the good ending of FFX-2 as the Fayth want to say thanks for Yuna saving the world from Vegnagun and thus they dream him up again so he can live his life with Yuna).

that is alot of helpful information, gotta a couple questions though such as after tidus is taken in the begining and sent to spira it teleported him 1000 years into the future, right? And what or who was yu yevon, good or evil, etc?

Well, he was in a dream world, so he wasn't really teleported 1000 years into the future. The dream world was a creation by the Fayth of the Zanarkand of 1000 years ago (which you see in the beginning as Dream Zanarkand) because Yu Yevon wanted Zanarkand to live on. So I guess in a way he was transported 1000 years into the future, if you want to see it that way.

Yu Yevon himself was just a really powerful summoner and as Bevelle were winning the war with their machina so Yu Yevon convinced the people of Zanarkand to offer their lives up as Fayth to dream up a dream Zanarkand and he gathered all the pyreflies (y'know, souls of the dead) in the area and formed Sin's original armour around him and gave it its orders, destroy any place that becomes too over-developed with machinery (because of how Bevelle had produced weapons and waged war). Before making Sin he also told his daughter Yunalesca to go around and tell everyone why Sin had arrived and what they had done wrong, which led to the teachings of Yevon.

Over time Yu Yevon lost his humanity and become just this create with one thing in mind, controlling Sin to destroy areas with a build up of machina as Sin had been originally programmed to do.

He's not really evil, so much as someone who had a good intention (as Zanarkand's machina was all for powering their city, unlike Bevelle who created weapons) as he just wanted his Zanarkand to live on (through the Fayth dreaming) and created Sin to rid the world of those machina weapons Bevelle had access too.

yeah that makes sense now, so the begining of the game was all part of the dream? I always thought that when tidus is pulled into sin in the begining he gets killed and thats when the dream starts!?

No he was a dream of the Fayth to keep the Zanarkand they remembered/treasured alive (the one from 1000 years before Yuna's journey)

Why did Yunalesca defeat Sin for because Im dont sure about that one if its her dad kind of, also are the people that were dreamt up in the dream Zanarkand new people or people that were living in the real Zanarkand before it was destroyed?

She then became an unsent and waited in the temple of Zanarkand for others to make Final Aeons to fight Sin and bring the Calm for a few years. Yunalesca knew that the Final Aeon would be taken over by Yu Yevon if it destroyed Sin's outer shell (i.e. the whale creature that flys around).
In order to break this vicous cycle that Yunalesca has been helping create, in the game we defeat/send her to the farplane and then defeat Sin without the use of a Final Aeon so Yu Yevon can't continue the cycle by posessing the Final Aeon and using it to kill us.

Ive got some more questions.

Why were there aeons to summon before Sin, I thought they were there so you could obtain the final aeon to defeat Sin but if Sin wasnt created then, why were the aeons?

How did Auron and Sin get into the dream Zanarkand and how does going into Sin make you go into the real world? Plus is that the same way Jecht got into the real Spira and if so why was Sin in the dream Zanarkand again?

I can only assume that there were aeons prior to Sin being created as it was said that Yu Yevon, Yunalesca and many others were summoners within Zanarkand. The Aeons were Zanarkand's way of fighting back as only Zanarkand knew the way to make a person into a Fayth that summoners could call on for help as their Aeon.

Auron is able to enter the world of dream Zanarkand because he's an unsent. He would have been able to ride on Sin when Sin entered dream Zanarkand (which is quite possible because Sin was run by Yu Yevon who had ordered the making of dream Zanarkand and Jecht would be drawn to his son and his home). That's the same way Auron and Tidus got out of Sin, by riding on Sin.

As for Jecht, it was said that he dissapeared one day when he went out to sea to train. He met Sin when he was out at sea. This is actually fairly reasonable considering that Sin wouldn't have wanted to approach dream Zanarkand and scare the people.
