I really would like it if you could tell me a working site that has great brushes. I am particually looking for abstract, and 3-D brushes. Also do you know how to blend pics like this?

The only site with professional, good brushes is deviantart.com That's the best site to find brushes.
I'm not sure what's done in that pic, but I think it's been brushed over plus a Color Balance.

Anyways, you can pretty much ignore anything on my bio/profile, as it's all extremely outdated. About 3 years to be precise. Same goes for the name, although I'm still enjoying Ratchet & Clank ;)

I think the opacity has been changed, and moved into the other pic.
