Yeah, linking to the winning tag sounds nice. But with that said, I don't think we should bother with a "top three" for SOTW - just the winner for that week. And then yeah, link to the sig. :D
Finding the winning entry for everything from SOTW 100 to current may be time-consuming, though. :(
As for your newest sig, bleh. The smudging and effects are nice. But the colors don't appear to blend very well! Also, the contrast on the focal is odd. :S Too bright, I think, in relation to the rest of the tag?

I'm not quite thrilled with it either. The vest throws everything off. I like your current entry now.
THen again, it's probably better than this. I tried not to increase contrast anymore the five or six. I did it twice at different time intervals. I sorta gave up after a while.

Take out the text, lower the contrast on just the guy, and add a couple adjustment layers and it'll look good methinks.

Well I agree with just popping the winner up there, we'll get marie's opinion and then i'll make the topic today and whatnot. I'm up for finding all the links though, it's only thirty or so.;)
As for the tag I do have a different version where the girl is darker, but i most likely won't be changing the colours. D;

Well, I personally would have used orange, because the purple doesn't work very well with Ichigo.
I think there also needs to be more contrast. Take out the text, or if you want to keep it, move it beside Ichigo.
Those black dots on the right look weird, I wouldn't suggest them.
Burn the bottom right zone of the tag.
Flow is pretty good on this.

A bit better, except for those squiggles in the bottom right ._.
The dots would look cool if you made them white, like little sparks or somethin.

Some are white, but you can't see them. The squiggles showed up after some adjustments...I was too lazy to mess with them. They annoy me also.

OH, sorry guys for the delay on the new topic, i suppose i got caught up this weekend. I'll have it up by the end of that day. Australian time, that is. ;)
As for your tag, Craizen. Personally i'm not feeling the purple, nor the text for that matter. The focal is low quality, I'd recommend using a better render next time. As for the effects, seem quite cool, but are still somewhat messy. Overall it is pretty nice, though. Good job. Remove the squiggles though. D:
