I was playing wifi today and I noticed that this guy bounced the ball off the wall and made some super goal. Anyone know how to do that?

It depends on what type you mean, one is to lob it into the wall (whilst attacking) on an angle so when it comes back you simply jump up and knock it over the keepers head. Another is to do the same, but instead of shooting when at the keeper, you lob pass it away, to preferably a shooter who pots in the back of the net. To execute these, use boo as the person lobbing it into the wall and getting the rebound.
