Also Dialga and Darkrai have an IQ ability called 'Time Tripper' that lets them move at x2 speed no matter what!

Darkrai is very powerful. If you use him try not to go through walls (unless you want to go hungry)

Any pokemon that goes through a wall...even ghost types...take 5 hunger every step through a wall.
