In order to have import and export available you need to beat the mission Cutoms Fast Tracks.

Yeah in order to start the next mission you need to get the keycard from your girlfriend. There is two ways you can do this the long way would be date her and when you finally get up there in the romance with her she will give you the keycard. The second way would take her out on a date and then kill her. I did it that way and then her house becomes unlocked and you can go inside and get the keycard. That's the quicker way to do it.

No there is no cheat to get 100% in the game but you can use the new Ultimate Codes Disc it has a ton of cheats and it's pretty awsome more info on it can be found here: http://us.codejunkies.com/shop/product.asp?c=US&cr=USD&cs=$&r=0&l=1&ProdID=309 I already ordered it I can't wait to get it. It's almost like a gameshak excep 10 times bigger and better plus way more cheats and stuff.

yo eyeinthesky i would rather get the gameshark even thought i did get the action replay for vice and it's cool but a gameshark is updateable and see for u self how musch cheats it has for San Andreas

Cool_Kid they now have an Action Reply Updater that will hook up to your computer and directly download the codes to your Action Reply disc and then you don't have to type them in. I think it's more expensive though.

I dont know about that,I got a phone call after I got the keycard from woozie. But my friend didnt get one. It might be a glitch or something.
