I would say no. You can tell that they're slightly out of the normal style of Pokemon art. Don't trust fan art you find on tinypic.

no.the water one is fully retarded.
the fire one is basically the first form except more mature and a bomb.
the grass one would look cool if it had longer arms and a thin snake like tail then a big stupid one.

yeah they look kinda bad all together i think they messed up just a bit when makeing starters for gen V if those are the evos idk id be really disappointed

No worries. I've seen many fake evolution pics on tinypic, deviantART, etc. Some are pretty good.
