Definite and noticeable improvement, The colors are good and so is the lighting for the most part, the render could be brighter and the font you used is a bit bland but other than that, it's really good.

Oh, quite nice for someone who's just starting. I really like the background. The text, however, is definitely a no-no.
Also, the render looks low-quality. I don't know how that happened, but be careful when putting effects/lights over the renders. Keep it up.

Definitely your best, great color scheme, the bubble things are great. Smudging is awesome, you can really tell how much work you put into it. It's truly amazing for a beginner.
Ok, now for the critique, no text, try to download some fonts from dafont.com that you think would go with the tag, or maybe just add no text at all.
It could use some lighting, and the render needs to be sharpened, maybe crop some off the tag it seems kinda too big. Other than that, you could use that sig and be proud of it!
I kinda see it as I do my sig, it just stumbled along one step after another until it was finally perfected and became your best.

It took me about 2 hours to make.. used a tut, and had Tyler help me a lot.
After i put the text in, I wanted to get it out of there.. but i had done more smudging and things so couldn't undo without having to go through about.. 3 more steps. And it wouldn't let me click and edit..
I'll probably be doing more today
