Beginning trainer: Just got his starter. Lv.5-10
Amateur trainer: Has beaten 1-2 gyms, knows the basic battling skills. Lv.11-23
Intermediate trainer: Has beaten 3-6 gyms. Lv.24-38
Pro trainer: Has beaten all gyms. Lv.39-50

Team rocket grunt: Just stole a starter.
Team rocket executive: Same as amateur trainer.
Team rocket commander: Same as intermediate trainer.
Team rocket leader: Same as pro trainer,

Background: Dexter and his Pokemon have just moved from Sinnoh after his father got a job as Pokemon ranger. Can he and his Pokemon cope with the new enviorment?

Story:
The newly-revived team Rocket have taken over Goldenrod City and have blocked all exit from Goldenrod or the Magnet Train. They are scattered throughout the city, some under disguise...
You as a Pokemon trainer have joined a secret alliance made to overthrow Team Rocket.
They arrange secret meetings for trainers to plot against Team Rocket.

Dexter walked out of the magnet train station dragging his suit case behind him.
He dug in his pocket for the keys he opened the door."Thats strange all the lights are off,
Dad? No reply". He put his bags away and called his dad on the pokegear...

Description: 5'11. Blue straight hair with a black Team Rocket uniform on. He has a mean personality but a soft spot for his Pokemon.

Background: Keagan left home when he was 16 to join Team Rocket. It took 2 years for him to get promoted by finishing top of class at the Team Rocket academy and completing many missions. His first Pokemon was Seviper which was given to him by the academy.

Pokemon: Pichu Level 4
Description: As his name states, he is...dashing.
Background: Kyle was born in Twinleaf Town, then moved to Pallet City after his father was caught in a mining incident, which cost him his life. Kyle received a Pichu at the age of 7, but could only keep it as a pet until he grew 10, then he could train the Pichu. Can the two inseperable friends make it in the Pokemon world? We'll find out next!

Background: Born in Hoenn, but moved to Ecruteak. Kai was endlessly interested in Pokemon. He found a fossil from the desert in Hoenn when he was given Go-goggles at the age of 11. He caught Roselia and Feebas before moving to Ecruteak.

You can use any pokemon except Unova(Isshu) pokemon.
So i'll begin with my original post.

"I'll go visit Goldenrod for the groceries you needed, I'll be back later, Mom!" Kai said waving goodbye to his Mom. "Ok, Dear." She replied as Kai trotted over to Goldenrod.

After about a few moments of walking, He had reached his destination.
Walking over to the Big Mall which he could clearly see already, He noticed a man in a black uniform with an "R" on his shirt by the Radio Station.
He thought to himself, "New Uniform or what?" as he headed into the Mall.

"Hey kid!" Yelled Keagan as he saw someone with messy black hair approaching the entrance of the mall. "The mall's closed until further notice, they're... uhhh... doing renovations so get lost." He observed the kids' pokeballs. "So you have pokemon?"

"Aww man." Kai said softly while facing the guy with one of them Black "R" Uniforms.
"Errmm.. Yeah, I have Pokemon." Kai said to the man.

"So, What's up with those black uniforms?
Are they new uniforms for the Radio Station or for the Mall?"
He asked, filled with curiosity.
