Day of Death, D-Day.

"30 SECONDS!!!" The driver of an old fashioned military transport boat yelled over the roaring of the engine. John Randall was standing up, hands clutching the M1 Garand that he held in his hands in fear that today was the day he died. He looked beside him, to Tracy Dunn, his Sergeant. Sergeant Dunn placed a hand upon John's shoulder.

"It'll be alright, kid." The Sergeant smiled at John. John smiled back at the Sergeant, loosening his grip on his weapon.


-The setting is D-Day. You, along with a group of fellow Allied soldiers, have just arrived at the beaches of Omaha. You have to destroy the bunkers set upon the hill with six MG42's shooting at you. You also have to destroy two Flak 88 anti-aircraft guns upon the hill. You have just received an objective from your Sergeant. "Get to the trench." The trench is about five kilometers away from where you will land. There are twenty plus water mobiles, which means there are more than twenty boats going to land on the beach. Most of them have been blown up already. Will yours survive? Will it not? You shall see.-

Nice bump. Oh, and "Jake Randall"? Is he supposed to be John's cousin, uncle, etc., or a different Randall? I'll get confused, so if he's not related to John, change the last name and I'll accept.

EDIT: Just add the Weapons tab, forgot about that.

Sorry about the confusion. I went ahead and edited the character bio.

M1C? What's that, machine gun? Rifle? You're accepted, I just have no clue what an M1C is.

The M1C is a sniper rifle. It was an M1 Garand specially adapted to use for sniping.

Oh, makes sense. Well, if anyone decides to join in the next day, we'll start.

John and Tracy's boat landed upon the shores of Normandy with the other boats. All men piled out of the boats, but most were killed by MG-42 fire. John quickly made his way to a piece of cover, firing off a few shots from his M1 Garand. One MG-42 gunner dropped out of his sandbag cover, sandbags falling to the bottom of a trench, as well as it's mounted MG-42. Tracy looked over to John from his piece of cover a few metres away. "John! Go to that piece of cover up there!" Tracy pointed to a large sand and barbed wire enforcement, stretching all the way up and down the beach. John made his way over to the enforcement, staying in cover. Tracy headed up to the cover with John, calling for someone to get shingles to blow the cover apart.

Jake runs from his boat under the hail of gunfire from the enemy, heading for the shelter of a seemingly abandoned lighthouse. His orders were to cover the others until they he couldn't anymore, then join them. He reached the lighthouse, finding the lowest parts to be empty. As Jake reached the vantage point he had scoped out when he saw the lighthouse first, he found more an opposing troop gunning his comrades down. Pulling his M1911-A1, he took him out and then set up with his M1C sniper rifle to cover the troops on his side.

John quickly tugged a radio transmitter off of his back. "This is Bravo-1 to all! Move to the base of the bunker! We will regroup at the base of the bunker! Tracy will-..." A gunshot was heard, the bullet colliding with John's helmet. The helmet flew off of his head, but he was unharmed. "Tracy will give you more objectives when we get there!" An explosion was heard, they had breached the obstacle. Tracy and John made their way to the bunker, waiting on countless others.

Jake hears the radio transmission of where to meet up. He then takes out the last of the scouts heading toward his company, then tears down his roost, takes out his M-16 and heads to join the rest of the soldiers. "Now to join them at the bunker." Jake makes his way towards the mentioned bunker under the hail of fire from mounted machine guns. "Ah, crap!" Jake's gun has been hit by a ricochet, knocking it out of his hand momentarily. He gets his left hand back on the assault rifle, and continues heading to the bunker. Within a few minutes, he makes it to the door.

"Who the hell are you?!" Tracy shouted over the sound of gunfire. John quickly popped his head out of cover to pull off three shots on three different MG gunners, causing their sandbags to come tumbling to the ground, dragging the guns down as well.

"Name's Jake Reno!" Jake screams back."I'm an ally!" Jake pulls his dogtags out to show he is on their side. "See?!"

"Tracy Dunn! This here's John Randall! He's the best damned sniper we have!" Tracy then looked at John, then to Jake. "We're gonna cross over to that trench there! If you make it ALIVE, we're going to advance up to the top of those bunkers, clear the bastards out, and then blow up Flak 88 that's settled on top of that hill! Once we do that, we can call in air strikes!" Tracy called for John and a few other soldiers to provide covering fire. They all fired. "Jake! Go!" The soldiers provided covering fire for John, Jake, and Tracy. Tracy and John bolted across a opening in the minefield, making their way t othe trench. They both dropped into the trench.

"Alright!" Jake runs towards the trench a few yards behind John and Tracy, M-16 in hand. He notices a falling MG gunner, apparently shot by their cover fire. He watches as it falls into his path, then jumos over the body and into the trench. "Ok! Now what do I need to do?!"

"Get inside that bunker." John's calm voice spoke. He was in the lead, taking out multiple Germans with his M1 Garand. A German managed to hit him in the left arm, which made him drop the Garand and pull out his Colt. He pulled the trigger, killing the German.
