I've read on Bulbapedia that the game is programmed so it's impossible to catch them in game as shiny, how true this is I don't know but it seems likely.

I heard that they can only be shiny if you didn't cought them at N's castle.
Normally when you try to run or defeat Resh/Zek the game will restart but that will not
happen if your team and ALL your pc boxes are full.
After that, they can be shiny when you battle them after beating the game.

hey i did the thing that the cheat thing that said i needed to do in order to trasfier my pokemon to pokemon black but i dont have wi fi tho is that what i need if so im done for
