I need some programs that can edit pictures. Can you PLEEEEEAAAASE give me a site to get freeware?
I am mainly in the Graphics and Artwork design forums. I love to make avys of pokemon so fell free to ask for one. credit to Rj fighter for chainsaw. people I admire: Rj fighter, Highroller, Sephirothdw4, Burnsey, Spyro Madgirl

You're going to have to buy software. There aren't any programs out there that edit pics and are free. I recommend Microsoft Picture It or Adobe Photodeluxe.

There should be some type of picture editing program on your computer. It might not be the best picrure editor but there should be one on there. If there isn't, your out of luck

To eidt pictures,I just use normal Microsoft Paint.Come swith the computer,and can keep you busy for hours.

But what about resizing things? You would have to crop off images to make it the right size as an avitar

I would NOT recommend Paint... I would recommend Adobe Photoshop CS2. You can download a free trail ad adobe.com for 30 days. When it's out, just delete everything about Photoshop on your computer, then download it in you father or mothers name and e-mail! :D

Anyways, you can pretty much ignore anything on my bio/profile, as it's all extremely outdated. About 3 years to be precise. Same goes for the name, although I'm still enjoying Ratchet & Clank ;)
