I was on supercheats, went to refresh the page, and then it says "Oops! Couldn't load the page" and stuff.
After 10 minutes, it came back. Time frame was roughly 11:34-11:44 EST.
Was the site supposed to be down? I mean it was only like 10 minutes but still..

Sometimes the site does things like that. It always returns to normal, usually after 10 minutes, like you said, I don't personally know what it is, but I'm sure someone could tell you.

You'd need to wait for Rich to explain, really. Super Mods or even Forum Admins wouldn't know. Only the Root Admin would.

If we're scheduled for some down time, then Rich makes a post about it to inform everyone. If he doesn't and the site is down briefly, then there's a problem with the server and it'll be resolved as quickly as possible.
