So guess, whatever. Based on how many meals you eat and how big they are, what would you say your average daily calorie intake is? You can tell I'm bored when I make a topic like this.
"Calories" as cited on the sides of food packets and so on are actually in kcal (kilocalories) and so are 1000 calories each. One calorie is a ridiculously small amount of energy for nutritional purposes.
I have no idea what mine is and it probably varies hugely from day to day. I don't have a very consistent diet.

I try to stay under 2000. I drink diet soda and water, so I'm not really getting calories from that. Did you know... You shouldn't drink more than three sodas weekly? Anyways... If I eat breakfast, I normally don't eat much. Snacks are killing me! XD
Saturated fat is a good one to count as its the fat that you dont burn. Sugar for example you can burn but if you eat too much, it turns to this type of crap and it all goes to your arteries.
So counting saturated fat can be a beneficial way to do it..and adding up to 20grms is easier to adding up to 2000 or whatever the limit is.
