I don't know if someone answered this, but I use Deviantart a lot (member 4 years, yay!) and it doesn't really let you display the photos I noticed, but you can link them :3
They do have images you can upload, but nothing like Tinypic or Photobucket :3

You can use the image links from deviantART in the same way you'd use a tinypic or photobucket link. It just doesn't automatically provide the direct link in a box as proper image hosting sites do.

Seems to be the ad it's objecting to, seeing as that seems to be the content it blocked... but I don't use McAfee personally so I don't know for sure whether that's the explanation.

I think tinypic should be taken off since it's had many issues lately.
It's had more downs than ups lately, and they've even started removing images at random, deeming them "inappropriate" when they're not.
EDIT: Only reason I used it for my signature is because imgur doesn't like my computer, photobucket URL's are too long, and my domains URL is even longer.
