His pupils where white and when I rendered the victini I removed all the white so if you see hs eyes match the back ground thats becuse I erased a little bit of them

Since gimp isn't a straight vector(or even Vexel) you should have just redid the lines, and got rid of the black. It's a good start though.

I suggest if you're using a bg with such harsh colours then make the signature fairly small, like... 450x120 or something.
keep playing around and find out what more you can do
