There are some other programs to help make "better" avatars but paint is usually used the most

first, copy one picture. then paste it on paint and then find the dotted star on the left. that will move some things around, but first you gotta make the lines right at the edge, so there ain't any white comin along with it. then move it somewhere to the right (move it way nearby and it's gonna be deleted) then copy another picture, and repeat the same technice. the highest that can look neat that i think is three things in a mixture

To make sweet avy's like I do, you have to use Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9 or Adobe Photoshop CS2 9.0

Anyways, you can pretty much ignore anything on my bio/profile, as it's all extremely outdated. About 3 years to be precise. Same goes for the name, although I'm still enjoying Ratchet & Clank ;)

PSP 9.0 is software you can buy at any PC store. It costs a hefty $100 is what I heard.
