Paint Shop Pro + a sketch I made during English class = This picture.
It's, uh, shiny, and stuff.

It really is pretty well done, you've certainly got some talent. I can't even pretend to critique this, I don't know the first thing about drawing. Color choice and shading is nice though

Thanks. To be honest, I don't know too much about what colors go with what other colors either. I'm just throwing stuff at the wall and seeing what sticks. I'm just very lucky. ._.

Darker red and blue would be nice also try adding a little more contrast and see how it looks

My only complaint is that is getting really high contrasty, especially with your reds. Turn down the vibrancy just a hair. It's cool though

Well, I was planning on making the reds a little darker anyways. I've never really tried to make Groudon look that bright, I think I went a little overboard.

I drew all of it, then I drew a color copy of it in PSP. :P
