You still "volunteer" at a place, and then when you do reach the legal age, 9 times out of 10, if the management is happy with the work you've been doing, they'll find a spot for you to join them as a proper worker xD It's how my 2IC got his job. He started as an unpaid valunteer at 13, he's 16 now and is the second-in-charge of the store lol

That's probably how it works in America, or even England and Australia, but where I come from, the way we work is a little different, we don't do the whole work in the shop when your 15 thing, not saying that that's bad, not at all, just, we do stuff differently here. Nobody really works here until they're 18+ (unless they have to, and they can't go to school) this may sound lame and lethargic to you, but it does work.
