I'll probably ask Mindy, the manager at Mickey D's, if I can have my old job back. She likes me, and even offered to me that I could get it back pretty easily when I quit. So I'll try there.
And I have an application in my local grocery store's database, so I can call there and ask them if they'd check it out again - considering they just had three people quit.
And if neither of those work... Walmart it is... =/

The management sucked. I couldn't deal with it, and had trouble controlling myself.
It was better for me to quit than to get fired for getting in a fight with a manager.
So that's what I did.
My town has... just a little over 10000 people in it. Not a very large town.
Not many businesses.
So I'm limited.
And even the choices I do have - they're usually taken. There are plenty of other teens in town who need a job.

Yeah i can understand that, if you can't get along with people then it's better to not work there at all.
I know what you mean, my town has 10,000 people as well, and there are a lot of teenagers who need work as well, but the good thing is, after you graduate you will have a High School Diploma, so anyone who is hiring will probably hire you over someone who doesn't have a Diploma.

Well... I've thought about getting into graphic design - the problem with that is art schools are insanely expensive (The Art Institute is about 80k, for three years). And then you're stuck in a career that isn't entirely needed, and when it is needed, it doesn't pay very well.
So I've thought about Computer Engineering, too. Education isn't as expensive, and it pays quite a bit better then, well, any art field basically. I've always had a... fascination, with computers too.
But I don't know.. I haven't settled my life enough to know exactly what I want. I'm still confused with it all. Need time to think.
What about you?

Those sound interesting.
I've thought about computers as well, i love being on them, and it would be fun to be someone works on them, but i'm not sure.
Then again I want to do something that helps people, so i've been thinking about being a Doctor, i think it's cool, plus my Dad is an EMT, and a Firefighter, and my Mom is a Nurse, so it seemed like the natural thing to do.
It's kinda expensive, and since starting high school i've not done so hot, but i know that i'd buckle down if this was something i really wanted.

I'm not exactly sure what my mother does in her job, but she works at a shipping/manufacturing industry.
