We need to advertise the forums more, then.
How much is there, really, to do on the main site - that would 'require' a registration, I mean.
Can't submissions and comments all be made by guests, now?

The only submissions that Guests can make are Answers. They can also Comment. But that's the extent to what they can do.

Rich should kinda change the name of the site and kinda steer away the sexual ads..
Before i got banned from a stupid site i asked if anyone there has heard about this site. someone said yes and he said he didnt like it and it caused him a problem (he said he was just looking around the forums and there was an ad with a girl in a bikini and his grandpa walked in and was like "what are you looking at ?!?!") he also says that this is just a losers place since its basically about cheating which as soon as i tried to prove him wrong i got ip banned ..
I don't know why but this made meh day xD

This site has and most likely always will be family oriented, that's what Richard has said
If an ad like that comes up, take a screen shot or something and let one of the Admins know so it can be dealt with.
Pathosray, the only way you couldn't understand what he said would be if you were blind. His grammar isn't the greatest but your taking this to an extreme.

The two cents I have is maybe advertise about the forums more.
I found this site back in 2003, 2005, or whatever, and didn't know about the forums until 2007.

This website is about socialisation, too. Or it wouldn't have the forums or the T&C at all.

That's the point we are trying to get away from. Mostly now, game as are about achievements, skills, customization and multi-player. Hell, I wouldn't see an issue with creating Clan Creation in the VG boards to get people help, sorta like FC. If SC hosted more competitions, even if they were small, it would probably attract crowd, that would probably integrate more into the site because they have to do something while they are waiting. I dunno, I'm just rambling, but we really need to change the focus.

Most games these days hardly even come with 'cheats' anyway. So it's hard to remain a cheat-focused site, hence the change of focus.
