you can find it on the 3rd island at the end of the run way in a big hanger at the airport the hanger will open up it will be in there sometimes its not there

Wow we have a lot of these topics lol. Also minibigfoot there is only one place on the entire map you can get it and it only becomes avaliable after you get all golds. There is no other way unless maybe you got a gameshark or AR then you would probably be able to get it without getting all golds.

There is one at the base of mount chiliad. In the junkyard as you enter go straight and around the shed and there should be one behind a container. There are also bulldozers and cement truck's.
