From the few episodes I saw, he didn't really do anything. Clay should've won.

He was the only undefeated Project Manager, though, which is why I believe Donald Trump picked him to win. Clay actually caponed Arseneo in the Finale, as far as funds go, but it's all about business.

Though on the other side of the coin, clay really didn't need to win, if you get what I'm saying. Arsenio has been kinda like the late night has-been, so maybe this win could help out his career.
