I have the Sims freeplay and have two toddlers they are both really adorable and yes they can do lots of stuff like play with swings sand pit tea set doll house and when you finish the quest in da clubhouse they can go into a life sized play house?

Yes. Bake a cake. Press the baked cake and then press on the toddler and select have birthday

Toddlers to grow up, but you have to complete the quest for preteens. But toddlers are very cute and can play with many things. When taking a bath an adult should go with them

Just information some should know babies like in real life can do BABY STUFF bouncer crawl make a mess of they food adult sims put them in High chairs feed them or in the crib.Toddlers do little kid stuff play with toys talk cuddle play some they need assist like swings bathe "eat" pre-teens can NOT/Won't cook wash dishes work etc Teens of course can do more... hope you enjoy
